View 1 RepliesI've been using iCal forever, and really like it, especially to set alarms.
However, recently I started toying around with Entourage 2008 fro MAC. Easy to use, and very practical since I have to create long entries. The printing is also a lot easier than iCal - again for long entries.
I will continue using iCal, but was wondering if it was possible to create events directly in Entourage with the iPad. Again, the length of the events is the main issue here.
So, all I'm trying to do is create a few new albums on the iPad. I know I can do this in iPhoto and then sync them, but I'm not always near my computer.
It's starting to look to me like it can't be done at all, which would surprise me, considering they sell those camera connector kits. They must give people a way to make an album on the iPad, right?
If that's really the case, any guesses on whether the next iOS update would change that?

How do you create albums without using iPhoto? Is there a 3rd party app that can do this for you?
All my photos end up in one Album, "Saved Photos".
How to I create additional Albums? I want to sort my photos into their respective categories, each as a different Album.
I've been collecting photos directly from off the iPad, so I really don't want to have to do this with iTunes.
If the Photos app won't allow me to create new Albums.

Here's the deal. I have a relatively new iPad 2 that I've now filled with about 100 images taken with the iPad camera, downloaded from the net for wallpaper, or created with ArtStudio.
They're all currently sitting in the Camera Roll "album." I would like to divide the images into separate "albums" but I cannot see how to do this on the iPad, itself. For that matter, I cannot figure out how to do so even with the iPad connected via the usb cable to iTunes. (The photos on my computer can be added via "synch" to my iPad in a separate album, but the computer does not recognize the "Camera Roll" on my iPad.)
I realize that trying to manage this may run counter to Apple's "philosophy" that I shouldn't have to worry about managing storage but this seems a bit extreme.
In short, how do I create separate "albums" for the images currently in the "Camera Roll" album?
I typically create different folders to keep emails organized. I can't seem to figure out how to add new folders (mailboxes) in the Mail program?

I'm a dj and I have a couple of blogs and music services from which I download music (monthly subscriptions that are legal and paid).I want to be able to download these songs directly in the browser and import Ithem into iTunes on the iPad for immediate listening. What is the easiest way to accomplish this? I am already jailbroken.
