May 18, 2012I cannot update the ridulously large 753Mb update as the connectivity collapses on my slow netork and the Apple dowload ability to be paused doesn't work either as it goes back to zero every time. Is there any way to download the update outside of iTunes and get the update done as I can download large fles successfully from other services. It's just APple that is incapable of delivering.

May 31, 2012Tried to update some apps several days ago, and they no longer show in the update part of the app store, but they still have the bar on the bottom showing they need to download. When I click they say 'waiting...' then prompts that it is unable to download and gives me the option of retrying. I have been able to both download and update other apps since, but these apps will not update. I am also unable to use them. I have restarted my iPad. What else should I do?

Apr 23, 2011I noticed that apps take a really long time to download and update. I know it's not my Internet connection because web pages load fast and downloading apps on my iPhone from the same connection is very very fast.
Is it because iPad apps are bigger? I guess that would make sense but >1min on the iPhone vs. <4mins on the iPad just doesn't seem right?
