way to re-organize photos within a Picasa Web Album?
If I try to organize and move photos around within an album using the Safari browser, I'm unable to do so because it requires drag and drop.
I purchased the Web Albums app, but it doesn't seem to have a feature to move photos around within an album. I can only move a photo to a different album.
When I upload photos on my iPad 2, the order of the photos is lost. How can I preseve the photo order on upload?

I have a problem: for example, I have a folder that contains 882MB of photos. When I load them to iTunes, it tells me that its size is 1,45GB. If I choose a folder with 36GB of photos, it tells me that its size is 51GB. Why does it happen?
Also see screenshot and don't mind the language, 'cause I've marked everything you need to see.
BTW, I use iMac 2010 w/ Mac OS X 10.6.8 and iPad is 64GB LTE iPad 3, if it means anything.
For making my blog active, I am planning to upload a photo into the blog from my iPad 2. Is that possible? Which app is suitable uploading the photo to blog site from iPad2?

View 6 RepliesI'm using an iPad 2 32GB Wifi running 5.0.1. All apps up to date. I have a question about exporting / uploading edited photos from the original photos app on the ipad, specifically to Picasa via Picasa Web Albums. Why is it not uploading the edited image? This is my workflow. I take photos on Sony HX5v camera and import via camera connection kit, they automatically go into the photos app. All fine.
Then, I spend ages (offline) cropping, enhancing and deleting and making straight the images before starting a bulk upload to Picasa. I have been using the photos app for this. (I have got iphoto and I like it but for processing 200+ images at a time that may only need a little crop photos works very well) Still OK so far.
Now, I go to Picasa (either via the Web Albums app or Blogsy AND I checked the safari portal on MBA) and they are all the original, un-edited images! Not fine. The only work around I've found through searching is to edit the images in another app (like iphoto, photoshop express etc) but this will be ever-so time consuming for ALL my images.
When I upload enhanced and crop photos from my iPad 2 to Dropbox the original photo gets uploaded. I am using the native iPad photo app on my iPad2 to enhance and crop.

i'm having difficulty uploading photos to my iPad. Since I will not be traveling with a laptop, that eliminates some options.
The Problem: I want to upload photos from my Canon DSLR camera's CF memory card to the iPad. It appears that I cannot do so since the iPad will not recognize my card reader. Can I assume that this will be a problem with all card readers?
As an alternative, I connected my Canon DSLR directly to the iPad using a USB male-to-male adapter. The iPad apparently did not recognize the camera. I found this to be rather odd since Apple sells a Lightning-to-Camera cable which (I assume) would do the same thing.
Since I seemed to have failed to get my photos from my camera's CF card to the iPad,
I just bought an adaptor from an Apple store, which plugs into the charger slot and it has a USB socket. I am trying to upload photos from a memory stick (DataTraveler 102). When I plug it in, I get an error message which says "DataTraveler 102: The connected device requires too much power".
How can I upload those photos onto the iPad?

View 1 RepliesTried uploading a photo from iPad to FB, but there isn't an easy way. Facebook wants to find a directory structure. It is easy with iPhone since you can choose existing pictures from the camera roll. Does anyone know an easy way to do this without using the e-mail option? I don't want to use the FB iPhone app on the iPad, although it is probably possible to upload photos this way.
