My iPad 1 crashes frequently so I followed some advice and selected "Reset All Settings." My concern is that after language selection, etc., I am asked whether I want to reset from the cloud or iTunes. I've not backed up the iPad to the cloud so I suppose that I should go with iTunes. But I still am concerned about losing data on apps. As an alternative, is there any way to cancel the reset once it has begun?

I have an iPad 3 with a 3G plan from network provider 3. The problem is that every time my data runs out and I top up, I have to reset network settings to get online. This, of course, means I lose all my saved wifi passwords ... a royal pain in the backside. Is there a quick solution to this within my current set up, or will I need to arrange a new form of data contract?
